KATHMANDU: The Nepali Communist Party (NCP) has promised to revise the form of governance, electoral system and other issues after a review of the implementation of the constitution so far.

In an appeal issued today, the NCP has shared its firm stance to form a high-level commission to investigate the property details of the public position holders after 2046 BS and nationalize the property of those who accumulated through corruption.

The party has pledged to run the state as per the spirit of separation of powers, transparency and zero tolerance against corruption to ensure good governance.

In the appeal signed by NCP Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and Joint Coordinator Madhav Kumar Nepal, the party has expressed its firm position to safeguard national independence and pride.

Likewise, the two leaders have pledged to defeat all sorts of conspiracies hatched against federal democratic republican system, which they said a result of people’s long struggle and transform it into a socialist democracy.
