KATHMANDU: The fire that broke out at Daura Thakali in Pulchowk, Lalitpur, has been brought under control.

According to SP Gautam Mishra of the District Police Range, Lalitpur, the blaze was contained shortly after it started with the help of fire engines and security personnel.

The Daura Thakali restaurant, located on the eighth floor, has been completely destroyed by the fire. However, police said no other areas suffered damage apart from the restaurant.

According to police, there were no human casualties in the incident.
