BIRATNAGAR: Minister for Education, Science and Technology Sasmit Pokharel has said that young students should develop entrepreneurship so that they do not seek jobs but create them.

At the 14th convocation ceremony of Purbanchal University today, he urged the youth to engage in entrepreneurship. “Only if we make proper use of the knowledge, skills and wisdom we have acquired, can we all make Nepal a strong, capable and prosperous nation together.”

Expressing gratitude for the success of Purbanchal University in producing significant skilled human resources required for the development and prosperity of Nepal in the nearly three decades since its establishment, Minister Pokharel also said that the Government is currently taking important steps towards making it quality, practical and research-oriented.

A total of 6,706 students who completed their studies from various faculties graduated at the convocation ceremony.
