Cabinet adds Security Printing Center to list of commercial public entities

KATHMANDU: The Cabinet meeting held at Singha Durbar on Monday afternoon has decided to include the Security Printing Center in the list of public entities allowed to conduct commercial business in competition with the private sector.

The government will publish the decision in the Nepal Gazette. The meeting also approved the Customs Regulation, 2026.

In addition, the Cabinet appointed Additional Inspector General (AIG) Narayan Dutta Poudel as the new Inspector General (IGP) of the Armed Police Force (APF), filling the vacant top post.
