KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices increased in the Nepali market today.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has risen by Rs 1,800 per tola (11.66 grams) and is now being traded at Rs 293,800 per tola. On Wednesday, gold was traded at Rs 292,000 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices have also increased. The federation said silver rose by Rs 90 per tola and is now being traded at Rs 5,050 per tola, up from Rs 4,960 on Wednesday.
