KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court observed a mourning holiday today after the death of former Supreme Court Justice Hargobinda Singh Pradhan on Wednesday, and it has been announced that court benches will not operate during the mourning period.
Supreme Court spokesperson Arjun Prasad Koirala informed that the Supreme Court expressed grief over the death of former Justice Pradhan and, as a result, a holiday has been declared today, meaning that the court benches will not function.
He passed away at the age of 97 on May 20.
