KATHMANDU: Ruling Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmaker Ashika Tamang has expressed strong dissatisfaction over Prime Minister Balen Shah’s controversial statement that “Nepal has also encroached upon Indian land,” demanding he address the parliament to clarify his stance.

Taking to social media, Tamang also noted that continuous opposition disruptions have left Speaker DP Aryal increasingly helpless in running the house effectively.

Urging the Prime Minister to face the legislative body, she stated, “Please come to the parliament, answer the opposition’s questions, and respect the sentiments of us in the ruling party.”
