BIRATNAGAR: Morang District Police, arrested 14 individuals during a border checkpoint operation under the Mega Campaign Against Narcotics.
The arrests included 12 City Safari (electric rickshaw) drivers, one Auto-Tempo driver, and one pedestrian. All tested positive for narcotic substances through specialized screening and have been taken to the Rani Area Police Office for further investigation.
Police officials stated that the campaign is aimed at curbing drug-impaired driving and enhancing public safety across the district.
