KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives under the Federal Parliament is scheduled to meet at 11:00 AM today, where Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle will present the Appropriation Bill, 2026.

According to the Parliament Secretariat, the agenda also includes the presentation of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (Protection) Bill, 2026—originally originated in the National Assembly—by Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Khadak Raj Paudel.

Additionally, Gauri Kumari, the Minister for Industry, Commerce, and Supplies who also oversees the Ministry of Youth, Labor, and Employment, is slated to table the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Labour Inspection Convention, 1947 (No. 81) alongside the 2014 Protocol to the Forced Labour Convention, 1930 (No. 29).
