KATHMANDU: Nepal Police have arrested 25 people from various locations across the country in possession of illegal drugs, according to the Central News Desk of Nepal Police.

The crackdown led to the arrest of eight individuals from various parts of Kailali, five from Dhankuta, and two each from Kathmandu, Gorkha, and Sunsari.

Additionally, one person each was apprehended from Dang, Rupandehi, Banke, Darchula, Morang, and Sindhuli.

Police have stated that further investigations into all the arrested individuals are currently underway.
