An Indian national was arrested with 28 grams of opium from Dhodhara Chadani Municipality in Kanchanpur district.

The arrested has been identified as Aaship Khan (20), a resident of India.

He was entering India via Nepal. Dhodhara-based Area Police Office personnel nabbed him with the substance during a routine check.

Further investigation into the case is underway, informed the police.
