KATHMANDU: Relatives, friends, and supporters of Ganesh Nepali, who died after attempting self-immolation, staged a protest outside Bir Hospital on Friday, demanding justice.

The demonstration was attended by former Dalit lawmakers from Mugu and film director Min Bahadur Bham.

A brief scuffle broke out after protesters attempted to move onto the roadway, prompting police to intervene. The situation was brought under control shortly afterward.
