KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is set to launch the Financial Customer Satisfaction Survey, 2026, across all 77 districts to measure customer experiences regarding financial access, quality, transparency, and grievance handling.

Using a random sampling method to select local wards, the central bank aims to collect 10,405 samples to help improve future policies and regulatory frameworks.

While seeking public cooperation for credible data collection, the NRB emphasized that participation remains completely voluntary and all individual responses will be kept strictly confidential under the Statistics Act, 2022.
