JANAKPURDHAM: Nepali Communist Party (NCP) Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that the process of cooperation with the CPN-UML has officially begun, as discussions over changing power equations in the provinces continue.
Speaking to journalists at Janakpur Airport on Tuesday, Prachanda said recent political developments have created a favorable environment for greater cooperation among left-wing forces.
“The recent political developments have created an environment for cooperation among leftist forces, and our collaboration with the UML has already moved forward,” he said.
However, Prachanda clarified that discussions with the Nepali Congress are also ongoing.
Prachanda is on a two-day visit to Madhesh Province, where he is scheduled to participate in various public and political events.
