LIWANG: Two women lost their lives and a man sustained moderate injuries after a sudden landslide struck Dawang Lekh in Sunchhahari Rural Municipality-1, Rolpa, while they were grazing livestock.

The deceased have been identified as 51-year-old Asauji Gharti Magar and 36-year-old Amara Gharti Magar, whose bodies were recovered from the debris alongside four dead goats and two cows.

The injured individual, 60-year-old Kule Gharti Magar, is currently receiving treatment at the Seram Health Post, while local police continue search efforts for remaining buried livestock and further investigation into the incident.
