Nepal Rastra Bank unveils exchange rates for today

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released the foreign currency exchange rates for today.

According to the published details, the buying rate for one US Dollar has been fixed at Rs 154.62, while the selling rate stands at Rs 155.22.

Similarly, the buying rate for one Euro is Rs 179.31 and the selling rate is Rs 180.01, while the buying rate for one UK Pound Sterling has been set at Rs 207.14 and the selling rate at Rs 207.94.

Furthermore, the buying rate for one Swiss Franc is Rs 195.62 and the selling rate is Rs 196.38. The buying rate for one Australian Dollar is maintained at Rs 110.16, with the selling rate at Rs 110.59.

The buying rate for one Canadian Dollar has been designated at Rs 112.32 and the selling rate at Rs 112.76. For the Singapore Dollar, the buying rate is fixed at Rs 120.74 and the selling rate at Rs 121.21.

The buying rate for 10 Japanese Yen has been determined at Rs 9.72 and the selling rate at Rs 9.76. The buying rate for one Chinese Yuan is Rs 22.73 and the selling rate is Rs 22.82.

Meanwhile, the buying rate for one Saudi Arabian Riyal is set at Rs 41.20 and the selling rate at Rs 41.36, while the buying rate for one Qatari Riyal is maintained at Rs 42.42 and the selling rate at Rs 42.58.

The buying rate for one Thai Baht is Rs 4.73 and the selling rate is Rs 4.75. The buying rate for one UAE Dirham is determined at Rs 42.10 and the selling rate at Rs 42.26.

Additionally, the buying rate for one Malaysian Ringgit is maintained at Rs 38.95 and the selling rate at Rs 39.10.

The buying rate for 100 South Korean Won is Rs 10.27 and the selling rate is Rs 10.31.

The buying rate for one Swedish Krona is specified at Rs 16.46 and the selling rate at Rs 16.52. The buying rate for one Danish Krone is maintained at Rs 23.99 and the selling rate at Rs 24.09.

For the Hong Kong Dollar, the buying rate is Rs 19.74 and the selling rate is Rs 19.81.

The central bank has also stated that the buying rate for one Kuwaiti Dinar is determined at Rs 503.98 and the selling rate at Rs 505.93, while the buying rate for one Bahraini Dinar is maintained at Rs 410.05 and the selling rate at Rs 411.64.

The buying rate for one Omani Rial is designated at Rs 401.61 and the selling rate at Rs 403.16.

Lastly, the buying rate for 100 Indian Rupees is set at Rs 160.00 and the selling rate at Rs 160.15.

The central bank has noted that these exchange rates can be revised at any time as per necessity.

It further mentioned that the exchange rates determined by commercial banks may vary, and the updated exchange rates will remain available on the central bank’s official website.
