KATHMANDU: The Embassy of India in Nepal, in collaboration with WWF Nepal, showcased the upcoming International Big Cat Alliance Summit during WWF Nepal’s 33rd anniversary celebrations held on Tuesday.
The summit is scheduled to take place in New Delhi, India, and is expected to focus on global cooperation for the conservation of big cats and their habitats.
Representatives from Nepal’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forest and Environment; WWF Nepal; members of the diplomatic corps; conservationists; media personnel; and other distinguished guests attended the event.
The program highlighted ongoing regional and international efforts toward wildlife conservation and strengthening collaboration on biodiversity protection.
