KATHMANDU: Israeli Ambassador to Nepal Shmulik Arie Bass and Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) President Anjan Shrestha held a courtesy meeting on Tuesday, discussing bilateral trade and long-standing cooperation between their business communities.

According to the Israeli Embassy, the two discussed the friendly relationship between the FNCCI and the Israel Federation of Chambers of Commerce, which has existed since 1993, as well as opportunities to expand trade between the two countries.

They also exchanged views on signing new memorandums of understanding (MoUs) to further strengthen cooperation in the trade sector.
