KATHMANDU: The Non-Resident Ambassador of the Republic of Guatemala to Nepal, Omar Lisandro Castaneda Solares, paid a courtesy call on the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Shisir Khanal, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singha Durbar today.

During the meeting, the two dignitaries held a comprehensive discussion on a wide range of matters aimed at further strengthening the bilateral relations between Nepal and Guatemala.

Both sides expressed mutual commitment to exploring new avenues of cooperation, reinforcing diplomatic ties, and collaborating on shared interests at international forums.

Senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were also present during the courtesy call.
