KATHMANDU: The Russian House in Kathmandu has organized a memorial display marking 40 days since the deaths of 21 students in Starobilsk, whom Russia says were killed in a drone attack on a college.

According to the Embassy of Russia in Nepal, the display features photographs of the victims. The embassy also shared images showing Kathmandu school students visiting the memorial at the Russian House.

Russia attributed the attack to a Ukrainian drone. Ukraine’s position on the incident was not included in the embassy’s statement.
