KATHMANDU: The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has blacklisted nine construction companies and suppliers.

According to a public notice issued on Wednesday, the decision follows formal written requests from various public agencies.

The enforcement falls under Subsection (1) of Section 63 of the Public Procurement Act, making the blacklist effective immediately from the notice’s publication date.
