KATHMANDU: The Hidden Treasure has opened applications for the Miss Nepal 2026 competition, inviting interested young women living both in Nepal and abroad to apply by June 8.
The grand finale will be held on August 1, at The Plaza in Pulchowk and will be broadcast live on Himalayan Television.
According to the eligibility criteria, participants must be between 18 and 27 years old, have a minimum height of 5 feet 3 inches, and hold Nepali citizenship. Nepalis residing abroad may also apply with an NRN card issued by Nepal’s Home Ministry. Registration is free of cost.
This year’s competition will crown three winners — Miss Nepal World, Miss Nepal Cosmo, and Miss Nepal International. Kajaria Ramesh Tiles Limited has joined as the main title sponsor, while Natraj Jewellers is the co-sponsor and has continued as the crown partner since last year. Talent hunts for Miss Nepal will be conducted in cities including Biratnagar, Itahari, Butwal, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, and Janakpur.
Additionally, a Miss Nepal activation campaign will be held in 10 colleges across Kathmandu. The final audition is scheduled for June 12 in Kathmandu, where selected contestants will receive training and grooming ahead of the grand finale.
