KATHMANDU: Preparations for the House of Representatives election have been completed.

As many people from the Kathmandu Valley have left the city to cast their votes in their home districts, the streets of Kathmandu have become noticeably quiet. With a public holiday declared for government offices, traffic on the roads has significantly decreased.
