KATHMANDU: A total of 477 persons were benefitted from a health camp organised at Tistung of Thaha Municipality-11 in Makwanpur on Saturday.
Dental, X-ray, eye-checkup and physiotherapy services by specialists were available during the health camp, a joint initiative of the Rotary Club of Kathmandu-West, Rotary Satellite Club of Kathmandu-West, and Shanti Sewagriha Clinic and Rehabilitation Centre.
The participants were provided with porridge (baby food), mosquito nets, toothpaste and eye glasses on the basis of needs.
Likewise, the organizers provided eight computers for children of Nateshwor Secondary School, Taukhel in Thah Municipality-10.
Total 400 tree saplings were planted here, with a view to promoting environment balance and greenery campaign.
