KATHMANDU: The Election Commission (EC) organized a reception this evening in honour of the election observers coming to Nepal from different countries to observe the House of Representatives (HoR) elections scheduled for tomorrow.

Observers from Japan and other countries as well as the chiefs and representatives of the diplomatic missions based in Kathmandu and the members of the council of ministers were also present at the reception.
