KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress has decided to appoint Vishma Raj Angdembe as the leader of its parliamentary party.

The decision was taken by the party’s Central Working Committee meeting, which endorsed Angdembe for the post.

The appointment will now be formally approved by the upcoming meeting of the parliamentary party.

Angdembe is a proportional representation member of parliament from the Nepali Congress.
