KATHMANDU: The parliamentary hearing of proposed Chief Justice Manoj Kumar Sharma has begun at the Parliamentary Hearing Committee in Singha Durbar.

During the session, Sharma presented his action plan, stating that he would make judicial procedures more efficient, smooth, clean, impartial, and accountable.

Lawmakers are currently putting forward their questions and Sharma is responding to them.

According to sources, if the committee approves his nomination after the questioning and response process, preparations are underway to administer his oath of office today itself.
