SURKHET: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has made public its resolution paper outlining 100 points for policy change aimed at transformation. It was released in Birendranagar, the capital of Karnali Province, on Thursday.

RSP Chairman Rabi Lamichhane informed that the resolution paper had aimed at bringing change in the country. Karnali Province would not be left behind devolvement, he vowed, he added.
