KATHMANDU: The Ujyalo Nepal Party and Hamro Nepal Party have formally unified.
A seven-point agreement was signed between both sides on Friday at the central office of the Ujyalo Nepal Party in Tripureshwor.
The two parties stated that they entered into this unification with the shared goal of serving the nation through the collaboration of political forces holding a common resolve.
The party adjustment agreement was signed by Dharma Chaudhary, General Secretary of the Ujyalo Nepal Party, and Dadhiram Pariyar, General Secretary of Hamro Party Nepal.
According to the agreement, both parties will champion the spirit of the People’s Movement, social justice, inclusivity, and proportional representation as their shared political agenda.
Furthermore, they expressed a mutual commitment to wage a joint struggle against corruption and bad governance.
