KATHMANDU: Khopasi in Kavrepalanchowk district recorded the highest amount of rainfall across the country over the past hour, measuring 25.8 millimeters.

According to Meteorological Forecasting Division, several other parts of the country are also experiencing active precipitation. Continuous rainfall is currently being reported in Lalitpur, Chitwan, Parasi, and Dhankuta districts.

Weather officials advise residents in these regions, particularly those living near riverbanks and landslide-prone slopes, to remain alert as brief but heavy downpours continue.
