KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Janata Samajwadi Party, Nepal’s Central Executive Committee is continuing today.
The meeting, which began at the party’s central office in Balkumari on Saturday, is continuing on Monday.
The meeting is discussing the party’s organizational line, including contemporary national political issues. In addition, a comprehensive review of the ‘JSP Nepal with the People, Organization Building Campaign’, which the party has been running for about 6 months, is also being conducted.
The previous meeting concluded that the organization building campaign ongoing from the center to the ward level was extremely popular, effective and encouraging among the cadres and the public, and extended the campaign period until the end of Poush and Magh.
The executive committee officials and members are required to attend the meeting, along with a written report on the progress of the work done under their respective areas of work, as per their assigned responsibilities.
The remaining leaders of the Central Executive Committee, who were unable to speak on Saturday and Sunday, are now expressing their views.
While the Madhesh-centric parties are making final preparations to form a united front and struggle from the streets to the parliament, discussions are also underway in the executive meeting of JSP Nepal.
