KATHMANDU: Three passengers lost their lives when an electric microbus (Plate No. Ga 1 Ja 8630), en route from Kathmandu to Pokhara, crashed at Lameahal, Pokhara-32, along the Prithvi Highway.
The identities of the deceased have not yet been confirmed.
According to Inspector Shova Pandey, Chief of the District Traffic Office, Kaski, eight people, including the driver, were injured in the accident.
Among the injured, four were taken to Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences, where three succumbed to their injuries.
The remaining injured are undergoing treatment at Pokhara University Teaching Hospital.
