NAWALPUR: One person died, and two others were injured in a tractor accident in Nawalpur. An empty tractor (Lu 4 Ta 3642) heading from Chisapani to Uday Tandi met with an accident on an inner road section at Uday Tandi in Binayi Tribeni-3, Nawalpur.

According to police, the tractor veered off the road and plunged approximately 20 meters downhill, leading to the death of one individual and injuries to two others.

The deceased has been identified as 25-year-old Shyam Ale Magar of Binayi Tribeni Rural Municipality-3. He died during treatment at Old Medical College in Bharatpur, informed DSP Madhu Nepal, spokesperson for the District Police Office.

The injured have been identified as 18-year-old Sobit Kumal and Dal Bahadur Kumal, both from the same locality. They are currently undergoing treatment in Bharatpur, DSP Nepal added.
