KATHMANDU: The Kanti Lokpath (Kathmandu–Hetauda road) will remain completely closed for four days.
According to the Makawanpur District Administration Office, the road closure is due to the installation of a bailey bridge over the Bagmati River at Baguwa along the Lokpath route.
A notice issued by Rajendra Prasad Kadel, Assistant Chief District Officer of Makawanpur, states that the road will remain fully closed from Jestha 21 to 24 (June 4 to 7, 2025).
During this period, vehicles traveling from Hetauda to Kathmandu and vice versa are advised to use alternative routes.
