PARSA: A corruption case has been filed at the Parsa District Court against former Home Minister and Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane along with 28 others for alleged financial misappropriation.

The District Government Attorney’s Office lodged the case following a detailed review of the police investigation report submitted nearly a month ago.

Lamichhane has been accused of embezzling Rs 57.4 million from the Sano Paila Savings and Credit Cooperative, based in Birgunj.
