KATHMANDU: KCC Exhibit 2025, the flagship event of Kantipur City College (KCC), officially begins today at the college’s Putalisadak campus in Kathmandu.

The two-day exhibition, held under the theme “Innovate, Exhibit, Inspire,” runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on August 1 and 2, and is free and open to the public.

Organized by KCC, a leading institution affiliated with Purbanchal University, the event aims to promote creativity, hands-on learning, and collaboration between students, educators, and industry professionals. With over 40 student-led interactive projects on display, the exhibition spans key disciplines such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), software development, and civil engineering.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of innovations, including smart automation tools, home automation systems, earthquake-resistant structures, traffic models, sensor-based monitoring devices, educational platforms, mobile and web apps, and interactive games. Additionally, BBA students have set up food stalls offering a mix of local and fusion cuisine, showcasing entrepreneurial talent.

Adding cultural flair to the event, today’s program features musical performances by popular Nepali singer Anjila Regmi, a comedy act by Jitu Nepal (Mundre), and spoken word, music, and poetry by KCC students.

This morning’s inauguration ceremony was held at 9:00 AM, chaired by Mr. Suman Katawal, Chairman of KCC. KCC anticipates more than 15,000 visitors over the course of the event, including students, educators, industry professionals, families, media personnel, and tech enthusiasts.
