KATHMANDU: Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba held a telephone conversation with Ararat Mirzoyan, Foreign Minister of Armenia, congratulating him on the initialing of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Rana and Mirzoyan also discussed issues of mutual interest and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties.

The call follows Rana’s recent conversation with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister, Jeyhun Bayramov, in which she similarly congratulated him on the landmark agreement.
