CHITWAN: A bus traveling from Gaur to Kathmandu met with an accident this morning in the Tikauli forest area of Bharatpur Metropolitan City–9, injuring 33 passengers.

According to Deputy Spokesperson of the Armed Police Force, Shailendra Thapa, the injured were immediately rescued and taken to Chitwan Medical College, National City Hospital, and Bharatpur Hospital.

All of them are reported to be in normal condition. The road, which was blocked for some time following the accident, has now been reopened for traffic.
