KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index recorded a double-digit decline today. The NEPSE index fell by 19.92 points to close at 2,595.10.

According to NEPSE, a total of 1,129,934 shares of 345 companies were traded through 70,576 transactions, resulting in a total turnover of NPR 4.52 billion (NPR 4,528,715,671).

In today’s trading, all sectoral sub-indices declined except the mutual fund group.

The share price of Synergy Panel Nepal Limited hit the positive circuit, while the share price of Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited hit the negative circuit.
