KATHMANDU: US Special Envoy Sergio Gor paid a courtesy call on Nepal’s Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal during his visit to Kathmandu on Friday, discussing ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

Officials said the meeting focused on expanding trade and advancing projects under the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

Both sides described the talks as constructive, emphasizing opportunities to deepen economic engagement and enhance collaboration on development initiatives between Nepal and the United States.
