KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan City has removed illegally built structures in the Panchakanya settlement area of Ward No. 8, located behind the airport.

The metropolitan team demolished houses and temporary shelters that had been constructed by encroaching on land designated for public use. The structures were cleared using bulldozers as part of the city’s ongoing campaign to control and eliminate illegal occupation of public land.
