NEW DELHI: Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rabi Lamichhane, concluded his official visit to India today.

According to an update shared by the Embassy of Nepal in India on its X handle (@eonindia), Lamichhane was seen off at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi by the Chargé d’Affaires, Dr. Surendra Thapa, and Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale, the In-Charge of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The visit was undertaken at the invitation of BJP leader Nitin Nabin. During his stay in the Indian capital, the RSP President held bilateral meetings with External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar and Home Minister Amit Shah. He also paid a courtesy call on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and engaged in an interaction program with the diplomatic staff at the Embassy of Nepal.
