KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has called an all-party meeting this Monday morning to discuss pressing contemporary political issues and build a common consensus on national agendas.
RSP Chairman Rabi Lamichhane called the meeting for 9:00 AM at the Public Accounts Committee hall within the Parliament Secretariat in Singha Durbar. The discussion is expected to focus heavily on recent political developments, the effectiveness of the parliament, and other crucial national matters.
According to RSP General Secretary Kabindra Burlakoti, all political parties represented in the House of Representatives and the National Assembly have been urged to participate. To keep the dialogue structured and result-oriented, each party has been requested to send two top leaders, including their party chair or president.
The RSP believes that bringing all parliamentary parties to the same table will facilitate dialogue, help break the current political deadlock, and make it easier to forge consensus on major national issues.
