KATHMANDU: Continuous rainfall has once again left the Maitighar area of Kathmandu waterlogged today.

Due to the lack of proper drainage, water accumulated on the roads, disrupting vehicular movement in the Maitighar area for some time.

The flooded streets caused significant difficulties for both pedestrians and commuters. The inundation following the heavy downpour also affected nearby houses and shops.

The Maitighar area has frequently experienced severe waterlogging during heavy rains in the past as well.
