KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices experienced an upward trend in the domestic market today.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold increased by Rs 1,000 per tola (11.66 grams), reaching Rs 285,600 per tola.

On the previous trading day, gold was traded at Rs 284,600 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices also saw an increase. The price of silver rose by Rs 50 per tola today and is currently trading at Rs 4,370 per tola, up from Rs 4,320 per tola on the previous day.
