KATHMANDU: Nepal will open its CAVA Men’s Volleyball Championship campaign against Kazakhstan this Wednesday in Pakistan, according to the schedule released by the Central Asian Volleyball Association.

Running through July 29, the round-robin tournament features six nations—Nepal, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka—with the top four teams advancing to the semifinals.

Nepal has announced a 12-member squad captained by Hari Hajur Thapa, under the guidance of head coach Jagadish Bhatta, assistant coach Rupesh Kumar Bista, and team manager Som Bahadur Shrestha.
