The District Administration Office and Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City of Dang district have provided relief to a family who lost a child after their house collapsed due to incessant rainfall.

The three-month-old child who lost her life in the incident has been identified as Bindu Chaudhary. The family resides in Kwadi of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolis-17.

Meanwhile, the child’s mother and sister have been injured in the incident.

Narulal Chaudhary, Chief of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan, provided Rs 2 lakh through the District Disaster Management Committee while Ghorahi Sub-Metropolis provided Rs 25,000 for the funeral rites of the child.
