GORKHA: Bhachek , located in Ajirkot Rural Municipality, is increasingly becoming a preferred destination for domestic tourists seeking a peaceful escape from the noise and congestion of urban life while experiencing natural beauty.

Located about 163 kilometers from Kathmandu, Bhachek sits at an altitude of around 1,750 meters above sea level. Its cool climate, lush green hills, and panoramic Himalayan views offer a refreshing experience to visitors.

Locals say the number of tourists visiting Bhachek has been rising in recent years due to improved road connectivity. The destination can be reached easily by small vehicles via Barhakilo from the Gorkha district headquarters. Bachchek lies around 45 kilometers from Barhakilo. It can also be accessed through a blacktopped road route via Palungtar.
