KATHMANDU: The Office of the Problematic Cooperative Management Committee has made public name list of 377 persons who took loans from the problematic Tulsi Multi-Purpose Cooperative Limited.

The committee has said that was made public today based on the available loan details.

Meanwhile, those debtors who have already cleared the dues, but have been appeared in the name list are requested to contact the committee with evidences of the clearance. Others in the list have been asked for contacting the committee and pay the loans. “Otherwise, the process of recovery will be forwarded as per the existing law.”

The decision to publish the name list is for recovering the loans of problematic cooperative and ensuring the rights of depositors, it is said.
