CHITWAN: Alongside intense preparations for the General Convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Bharatpur has been completely adorned with blue flags and banners.

Flags featuring the party’s election symbol—a bell—have been put up in long rows across the Guesthouse Ground in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-10, which serves as the main venue for the convention, as well as its surrounding areas.

The construction of a massive, state-of-the-art dome tent using advanced German technology has reached its final stages.

The resulting hustle and bustle across local streets and major intersections indicates that convention fever has fully gripped Bharatpur.
